In my pursuit to find the “perfect bag”, I have gone through (and promptly refunded) a Lowepro Stealth Reporter AWII, Orion Trekker, Orion AW, and a Computrekker AW. It is odd as well, that Lowepro makes bags that are either excessively bulky, small, overkill or overpriced.
It doesn’t help either that McBain will charge a 20% deposit on a Lowepro Rover Plus AW bag that they don’t have in stock and need to order in…. I want to try it, since it seems like the bag would suit me better than any of the other types.
So I decided to go a bit further, and I am now seeking the a Crumpler Formal Lounge bag, as pictured above. Nice and sleek, and it even contains a laptop compartment, to fit my (future) iBook! A close second and third was a Crumpler Schrinkle or a Crumpler Brian’s Hot Tub.
