Ruth's Chris Steak House - The Cowboy Ribeye

You’re looking at The Cowboy Ribeye from Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Sure, its incredibly delicious, comes on a ridiculously hot plate and with more sizzling butter than you would ever expect (or accept, for that matter), but it costs $55.

On the top is some scallop potatoes as well. At Ruth’s Chris, you don’t get sides – instead, you can order sides to share, each are $8 apiece. I’d recommend the mushrooms – the creamed spinach and potatoes leave a bit to be desired.
